Steven Ostrowski is a poet and fiction writer. He has published two chapbooks of poems, In Late Fields, Bright Hill Press, 2006, and Birds, Boys, God, Finishing Line Press, 2012. Many of his poems and stories have appeared in literary journals and magazines. His poem "Being Boys" won Harpur Palate's 2009 Milton Kessler Award. He teaches in the English Department at Central Connecticut State University, where he is Director of The Central Connecticut Writing Project. He lives with his wife and children in Niantic, CT.
