The Hygienic Art Park is the premier outdoor stage in Eastern Connecticut and a gem in the heart of downtown New London. The Art Park plays host to all manner of community events including weekly movie night, independent theater productions and an exciting roster of musicians from local talent to internationally renowned. The season which typically runs from May through October is book-ended by two acclaimed festivals, Traditions and The Americana Music Festival and, in between, acts as diverse as jazz and blues legend Mose Allison and Bridgeport's latino fusion act Cosmic Jibaros grace the stage.
