Hygienic Art’s Outdoor Fine Crafts & Arts Festival celebrates its eighth year on July 7 & 8, 2012.  The festival features cash prizes in a number of categories, a complimentary awards breakfast, free pass to Hygienic Art Park music events that weekend, and affordable booth fees.
