The Hygienic Art XXXII Salon des Independents will open on January 29 at 8pm at the Hygienic Art Galleries at 79 Bank Street in Downtown New London.  Sign-in and hanging begins that day at 8am and runs to 6pm.  The show is open to all artists, everyone is welcome.  The exhibition is well-known for its diverse original art ranging from the sublime to the outrageous. The first planning meetings for Hygienic Art XXXI (31) will be held at the Hygienic Art Galleries at 79 Bank Street, New London on Tuesday, December 8 at 7:00pm. Weekly meetings will continue every Tuesday until the show's opening on Saturday, January 30, 2010.This year marks the 31st year of the art and performance festival.
