Hi...I'm Here

A few years ago if you had mentioned social networking and blogging to me I would have laughed it off and forgotten about it almost immediately.  I thought my immediate surroundings and the people who already knew me were enough. Boy was I WRONG!  In order to get noticed, people have to know you're out there.  You've got to be the one to say Hi... I'm Here. 

 

I’ve come to realize that in today's world if you don't social network and blog, no one beyond your immediate carbon footprint is going to even know you exist.  It's a competitive world and in order to keep up one has to take advantage of every available tool at their disposal. 

 

The point of today's blog is to encourage new friendships, connections, and communication.  Don't just sign up, post a couple of pictures and forget about it.  Be part of the community no matter where you are in this world.

 

By the way, Where in the World is Waldo?  Has anyone found him yet?  Maybe he needs a social networking hook up.
