I found this while researching watercolor mixing. I admire the bold application of color, and the reminder to use more color in the reputably basic black.
My original curiosity with this artist was the floral still life whose shallow field, striking application of gold, linear accents, and promenantly placed smatters brought to mind Chris Ogfili's Virgin Mary. The comparison is a stretch, but its been a few years since Festivals and Biennales my final year of college.
