Hi Craig,

I'm a computer technology teacher and I'm really not an artist at all. I was just kidding. I appreciate art and envy those who have artistic vision and creativity. The computer helps me create things that are aesthetically appealing, but it isn't art.

Take care,

Diana

Hi I haven't really been doing a lot of paintings lately but I usually do mostly landscapes, floral paintings, and paintings of animals.  I will try to put up some paintings so you can see them.  Your paintings are really great.  How long have you been painting? do you sell a lot of your paintings? im just curious because I have been wanting to put my paintings out there for people to buy but ive been afraid that it won't happen.

Hey Craig. A fiber artist is someone who works with animal fiber and plant fibers to make thing. The people who design the material for the  clothing youwhere are textile designers.

I work with sheep and alpaca fleece to make yarn and then knitit or crochet it, I am also going to be learning how to weave soon. Are you ever giving classes or teaching? I have no clue how to pain, I cannot draw at all  I have no clue if that means anything.

Thanks!  Not a painter, a scientist who appreciates beautiful things.  I dabble in photography but in the digital age, who doesn't???  LOL!  I am definately in the hobbiest category but I have a lot of fun with the camera.  I have taken a lot of art classes, was most interested in pottery and textiles.  I'm looking forward to catching some events at the Hygenic this summer!

Hello! Nice to meet you. I have been painting in oils a lot lately and acrylic as well. I do love color pencil too, but on a larger scale, paint is usually my main choice. What I paint really depends on my mood. Right now I am working on an oil painting that is the view of a music stage at night, really dramatic lighting. I guess what I usually paint are things that have a certain meaning to me such as the portraits I am also working on of my niece and nephew. I really would love to sell some of my pieces but I just don't really know how to get started.

Hello! I mostly work 2-demensionally; drawing with all sorts of mediums, I am however exploring many new areas to incorporate with my art

Thnaks!  I started in and still perform in community theatre. I love it but have started acting in front of the camera as well and am now working on taking my acting to the next level. I've done a few local commercials and industrial videos and have been auditioning more in NY as well.  Do you make a living from your art? What kind of paint do you work with? I have a good friend who is a wonderful artist but has no real interest in doing anything with all of her pieces.
